Building Maintenance Technician (ช่างประจำอาคาร)
Oversee, inspect, and maintain all building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC/air conditioning, fire suppression, elevators, and CCTV to ensure they are in full working order. Conduct preventive maintenance checks, troubleshoot and repair first-line issues, coordinate with external contractors when specialist repairs are needed, log daily inspection and maintenance reports, and uphold building safety standards.
PMO (Project Management Office) — Construction
Plan and track project timelines to keep construction on schedule. Prepare and maintain Project Schedules and Progress Reports. Coordinate with the project team including engineers, contractors, and consultants. Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project administration. Analyze risks and propose mitigation strategies. Review project documents such as BOQ, drawings, and contracts. Develop and improve PMO standards and SOPs. Monitor project budget and provide status reports. Prepare meeting minutes and maintain the project database.
Legal & Government Affairs (GA) Officer
Draft and review contracts including land purchase agreements, construction contracts, and contractor agreements. Oversee all legal matters relating to real estate projects. Liaise with government agencies for construction permits, EIA approvals, and related regulatory requirements. Provide internal legal counsel to other departments. Manage legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Prepare construction cost estimates (Cost Estimation) and compile BOQ while controlling project budgets. Compare tender prices and assist in contractor selection. Inspect construction progress and control construction budgets. Analyze cost-saving opportunities.
Secretary (เลขานุการ)
Manage the executive team's calendars and appointments. Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials. Coordinate both internal and external communications. Prepare meeting minutes. Support senior management across all administrative needs.
Accounting Officer
Manage overall accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting. Manage accounting records related to land acquisition, land purchase agreements, and Chanote title deed transactions. Coordinate with legal and project teams on land transfer and ownership documentation. Monitor and record construction costs, project progress payments, and contractor billing in accordance with construction plans. Support budgeting and financial planning, ensure proper cost allocation, prepare tax documentation, coordinate with auditors and banks, and support management with financial analysis for investment decisions.
Administration Officer
Manage office administration, documentation, and filing systems. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers. Support procurement and office asset management. Handle correspondence, document control, and internal coordination. Support HR and finance administration when required. Ensure office facilities and operations run efficiently.
