01What We Collect
Your name, phone number and email address; the day and month of your birthday (the year only if you choose to give it); and the contact methods you prefer. If you choose to give them, we also keep your LINE ID or WhatsApp number, your stay details (residence or room, arrival date and length of stay) and any notes or special requests you write.
02Why We Collect It
To care for you during your stay, to prepare for your arrival, and to answer any enquiry you make. If, and only if, you tick the optional box, we also send you a birthday greeting and occasional member offers from IPTM Asset Management.
03Data Retention & Security
On IPTM's own website server, in a protected file that cannot be reached from the internet. A working copy of the member list is also kept in a private Google Sheet on IPTM's company account, open only to the staff who look after members. We never sell your information and never share it with advertisers or other third parties for marketing.
We delete your record after three years without a stay or any contact with us, and sooner if you ask.
04Who Holds It
IPTM Asset Management Co., Ltd., which operates IPTM Asset Management. For any request about your data, email admin@iptm.co.th.
05Your Rights
You may ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message we send. We will act on your request without charge.
06Thailand PDPA
We follow the Personal Data Protection Act. Your consent to the privacy notice is required before we store anything, and your consent to receive messages is separate and entirely optional.
